Product return

a) You must return the product to our address indicated in the instructions provided by our customer service team.
b) You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless otherwise agreed.

Return processing

a) Once we receive the returned product and its condition has been verified, we will process the refund.
b) Refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
c) Please note that the deadlines for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on the payment method and the financial institution.

Expectations and limitations

a) We reserve the right to reject a refund request if it does not meet the requirements mentioned above.
b) We are not responsible for returned products that are lost or damaged during shipping.

Product changes

If you wish to exchange a product for another of equal or greater value, please contact our customer service and we will be happy to assist you with the exchange process, subject to availability.
